Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material and Exploitation
Quark Studios strictly prohibits and condemns Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, solicitation, and any behavior that compromises the safety and wellbeing of children and minors. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward this content and behavior on Cairn.
Any attempt to create, upload, solicit, publish, or transmit content that exploits or endangers minors within Cairn will result in:
- Immediate, permanent account termination and revocation of service access.
- Removal of violating content and associated contributions from public access, with relevant evidence preserved securely for investigations and legal obligations.
- Permanent device and credential bans.
- Prompt referral and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant regional or international law enforcement authorities, in accordance with applicable reporting obligations.

In-App Reporting Mechanisms
Cairn provides accessible in-app mechanisms to report content or users that raise child safety concerns.
Report a cairn or contribution: User-created content includes a Report option. Select the child safety or inappropriate-content reason to escalate the item for urgent moderation review.
Report and block users: Users can report profiles from the profile or content view. Blocking an account hides that user's content and prevents further interaction.
How to report a child safety concern:
- Open the Options (...) menu or flag icon on the cairn, contribution, or user profile.
- Select Report Content or Report User.
- Choose the child safety or exploitation concern reason.
- Submit the report. The content is hidden from your feed and routed for urgent human review.
You can also report a child safety concern directly to enquire@mycairn.space.
Compliance with Laws and Reporting to Authorities
Quark Studios complies with applicable national and international child protection laws and reporting requirements, including 18 U.S.C. Section 2258A where applicable, and relevant regional frameworks.
When we identify or receive a report of CSAM, child sexual exploitation, or grooming attempts:
- NCMEC reporting: We promptly submit reports of confirmed CSAM through NCMEC's CyberTipline or to the relevant regional authority, as required by applicable law, with relevant identifiers, timestamps, and evidence.
- Law enforcement cooperation: We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities to assist investigations and the protection of minors.
- Evidence preservation: Relevant digital records and logs are preserved securely for investigative and legal proceedings. Violating content is promptly removed from public view; preservation and deletion of evidence follow applicable legal requirements.
Proactive Prevention and Content Moderation
Cairn uses multiple preventative safeguards to maintain a safe environment:
- Pre-publication filtering: Automated keyword and phrase filters block prohibited terms, hate speech, explicit language, and grooming signals during content creation.
- Terms of Use agreement: Users must agree to Community Guidelines and Terms of Service prohibiting harmful or inappropriate content before publishing public user-generated content.
- Monitoring and rapid removal: Flagged content is evaluated with top priority, and verified violations are removed immediately.
